We are targeting Greater London’s mid-market, which has the greatest potential for growth in demand and sales values over the next five years for development. During this period, our aim is to have a pipeline of developments with a combined GDV exceeding £350 million.

Our preference is to acquire sites without planning, but we will consider sites with an existing planning consent. We are highly flexible on the deal structure, and will agree deals on the following basis, including unconditional sale; joint-venture partnership (you provide the land, we provide all funding and development management, we share the development profits 50:50); and off-market negotiation.
